Project: 5 on 5 ... The first amazing project launched in charkop kandivali west ....
Service attitude: 0 or even negative rating.
Sales team will be amazing till you book your flat. The attitude takes full 180 degree change when you try to reach out to them to get the information about possession. There is no accountability in informing buyers of the possession status from the builder. You are left in a limbo only to guess when the possession will be given. I personally had to send multiple emails only to recieve a delayed response to one of my email. The builder fails to understand that buyer plans a lot of other stuff basis the possession date given ... Like booking furniture, appliances etc... honestly the builder needs to be proactive in reaching out to buyers and letting them know the honest and realistic status. Living in the hope that I get the possession soon. I have been listening to fake dates of possession from March 2021 and then everytime being Directed that the project completion date is extended till March 2022 as per maha rera. And then again the developer says all the work is complete from their end bmc is delaying oc. Basically tossing accountability. The builder needs to understand that buyers ain't fools nor is bmc a fool to not give oc when the project is complete.
I have read multiple reviews where buyers are complaining about the same thing. I guess a wake up call for the builder... Coz the reviews and ratings will keep going down from here on for sure!
I have seen reviews from Pooja Sharma and pallavi sawant .... Seems to be buyers like me... With you girls on this! No call backs what so ever and no one answers our calls too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is remote and nearby charkop village. Front view is great, Flats are decently sized but overpriced considering the locality. Project is highly being marketed in the name of upcoming Coastal road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very nice place. With superb view and a place where I feel that, there is a peaceful environment. Place is with minute peaceful & calmness from the city life and city hustle. With a sea shore view and a scenario with a beautiful sunrise from mountain & sunset on the ocean bed.
With a very useful place where my child play and grow up and other many amenities.
