★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctor. Consultation appointment management to be revisited. We cannot take coupon and come back home (even if we stay in next road). We have to wait for hours in clinic, which is illogical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pediatric Dr. in this area. I came to 3 yrs back for my daughter treatment. Dr. Poonam madam was very nice and completely checked our baby in each and every time before gave medicine. She avoid unnecessary antibiotics. I am also came here for my second baby .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a irresponsible doctor which is actually a weired thing to see in such profession. My only daughter was having a fever so came to know about this doctor Poona K Shetty so I booked a appointment at 11:00 AM which I was given by them for 03:00 PM. But when I went their they strait away said today no appointment as my Daughter had fever she will any way not see her thats what shocked me and made me write my experience. Their are many recognised doctors near by so please don't waste your and your dear once time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure on what basis people have given negative ratings, if anyone having emergency it does not makes sense to wait for hours and complaining the doctor. I have been visiting Dr Poonam Shetty when my kid was 3 months old and she has treated him very well and guided many times over phone during her unavailability. she is calm and kind , listen to parents on the cause and history very well ans explains the root cause if possible. She would re direct to other specialist if required as well.
I have never seen her giving list of unwanted medicines. She also remembers the my kid past medical history and treats accordingly (if you are regular patient).
I would give her 6 stars if am given option. she is the best in near by location and gives her fullest to her professional life
