★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is located at well known location, I.e. opposite to Railway ground.
Sales and services staff is very helpful and will coordinate and assist until the delivery is done successful. They are trying to pay to each and every customer on priority. That is what I experienced during my visit on 10th Nov 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from this agency. Before saying any bike they will talk to you very politely and they will give you false promises but once you purchased bike with them they wont even pick your call and not responding for your concerns. I am really frustrated?
Purchased bike on 9 December 21 and they promised ine helmet but due to shortage they said in five days you will receive it and we will call you but till date they are just fooling me. Not even taking my call and if you visit showroom they will ask for extra money to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goood service. But some changes u suggest for hero moto company.
1- service aftor sell the product the workers behavior is changed aftore buying any bike.the behavior is not same as before the buyying bike.
2-price related hero moto cop must tag the price of bike copany sell+rto + insurance must be shown at any showroom
3- accessories must be branded as hero or other brand. Because i buy accessories from there is very cheap quality.
So if any hero officer see this review so please think one time for this alll

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly it is present in near railway station I think 1000m from railway station near kalaniketan polytechnic college jabalpur . Every bikes of hero company are available here ? staff behaviour and manager behaviour is also very good ? you must go there to buy your dream bike with a affordable or on road price . It is also in main road so that no any problem of transportation . Every bikes of hero are available in many variations
