★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really very good, and genuine service center for TVS two wheelers, I have tried my own bike's services from this center from last 4-5 years. I have tried other center of TVS in jabalpur also. But seriously Sundar TVS is better than others.
Pros
1) They will tell you all the required changes for your bike. But will do only when you say OK,
2) Never try to do unnecessary change, like filter, brake shoe, or other parts
3)after service I feeled every time my bike is perfect now
Cons
1) only one thing , from last 2-3 times I found my amount of petrol is less after service in my bike. I told their customer care survey team regarding the problem. Hopefully next time this problem will be solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. Staff is irresponsible and servicing quality is bad. Only interested in getting the ratings. After second servicing my Scooty is showing so many problem screws are coming out of vheicle, breaks are not working properly I have complaint multiple times but no resolution till date. Wouldn’t recommend to purchase or get servicing from here. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my TVS scooter for its regular service and insurance claim on December 30, the service centre held my scooter for a period of 15 days. I rang the service centre on numerous occasions and not a single call was returned, the standard excuse was the mechanic that was looking at my bike had just stepped out and would return my call. After many arguments with the receptionist and mechanics my bike was returned 15 days later, my keychain had been stolen, the bike was exactly in the same condition as when I handed it to them, and to date I have not been advised about my insurance claim. Sunder Motors mechanics would have to be the most un reliable useless untrustworthy people in the scooter industry, stay well away from this organisation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a nice and decent experience with TVS Sunder Motors representatives, I recently buy my 1st bike i.e TVS Raider 125 from here, following points will make it easy to let you understand, why I'm giving 5 out of 5 rating to this showroom:-
* Executive who entertained me for buying the bike, specifically pointed out each and every genuine point without bluffing everything.
* They have a good policy of 0 negotiation, no discrimination to anyone.
* They keep the worth of their words (In my case , I booked my raider on 10th of March and took it on 15th of March without any issues)
*They also take your feedback by calling after 15 days of buying.
* They also try to provide the best plan for finance.
Overall, I had good experience of buying with TVS Sunder Jabalpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Jupiter 125 blue colour couple of days ago which looks beautiful. Staff behaviour was nice. Provided with test drive. They did not charge for Teflon coating and were flexible with rates too. That too on new model. Extremely happy with the purchase.
