★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, terrible experience...DO NOT, simply do not use the services of the Arcadia shop in Gurgaon Sector 50....completely irresponsible bunch of people. Have not delivered my clothes on time despite having followed up several times...still waiting for those with a flight to catch at 4 am....which they were always aware of...their way to deal with their horrendous mistake is to switch of their mobile phones or not attend the calls at all!!! I wont be surprised if they misplace my clothes.

Packing of delivery item is nice they provide the clothes back in a hanger with a packing over them to avoid any dust settlement on the clothes after they have been drycleaned
