★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super dry clears sector 83, gurgaon has got Horrible service, doent even deserve one star!!!The most unprofessional outlet of super dry cleaners ever. If you give your clothes for drying cleaning at this place then be prepared that they will never pick up on time, not even the same day, if you are lucky maybe they will contact a day after. They never ever delivere on the due date...be prepared for a fight to get your dry cleaning clothes back, post the due date, of course.
Please improve your service or give training to people managing it.

My cloth quality remains same after dry-clean. I faced a bad experience at other dry cleaners. From that time I prefer the Super Dry Cleaners.

The prices are at higher end and the curtains were delivered two days late which I am still ok with. However, one of drycleaned item had a big oily spot which we realised later when it was completed dried. I kept calling their shop and the guy who came for drycleaning so many times but they NEVER came back. The worst thing was that they acknowledged the problem and kept promising that they will come tomorrow. I am left completely annoyed and frustrated with this kind of unprofessional attitude and will not even think of going to this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to the demise of the owner this shop was good. Now it's employees have started asking for exorbitant prices. 290 for saree dryclean. You can find much cheaper in sector areas. Being in to start bazar contested area it should have been much cheaper.

I had to go to an office meeting the very next day and I had to dry clean my suits and didn't know any place who would dry clean at the last minute and one of my friends referred me to Super Drycleaners and I called them at night and the owner personally guaranteed me the pickup at that time and they delivered my clothes 2 hours before the time they had mentioned in the bill. Super quality and really fast service, I could rely on them any day. One of the best dry cleaning services I've ever experienced, will refer it to everyone staying in Gurgaon! They're very reliable. The staff is also very professional and know in & out about the work.
