All the time during Hair cut the guy (Barber) was continuesly talking to his colleagues & laughing not paying attention to his job.
I even tried to give it 2nd chance by visiting for Beard shaving. I asked for another boy this time. But this guy was also like before.
What to say.. Infrastructure doesn't matter but Service absolutely does. Which they don't provide at all.
