★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor professionalism. i was at office when courier arrived (which arrived after 2 days delay). because of covid situation, vehicle is not allowed inside society. delivery boy did not come up to give courier. My father had to went down to take consignment. he was rude enough to tell me that i will have to collect courier from his office, but he will not go up for sure.
