★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neither it's build or completed at the moment. It isn't easy to access. It's at remote location and you'll just be cut from the city. No nearby market anything you have to travel at least 12 kms for anything. Security issue will be there. Don't come here if you think to buy to live with your family. It maybe for people who want to live alone!

It is sourrounded by 3 universities.
But for now its in a no mans land.

However, the owners probably didn't get their registry and you can see protest slogans on most villas.
Although as per latest info, issue seems to have been resolved and people will get registry soon.
