I recently purchased a HF deluxe bike from this showroom nice to meat with advisor but at that time labour took a lot of time to prepare my bike for ride.
Overall I'll suggest you this is also not bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought an Xtreme 200R from here. The very first day when I entered the showroom nobody attended me for 15 minutes while wandering around the bikes. Then one sales person came and after all discussions with him I finally choose my desired colour then Waited alone for an hour at finance counter. First policy was too costly so I refused to take the loan so finally they take me to their own finance corp and I got the deal but there were too many confusion about exchanging my old bike(firstly they ask me to exchange my old bike then refused at the last moment) so anyhow I managed to make my down payment and the delivery ceremony happened with me(with my off mood). After all the delivery process I got my Registration number after 3 weeks(it was too late). They also made some commitments to me but can not able to do the same. I also got some mechanical issue just after 3 weeks(actually this was Heromotocorp's manufacturing na! and jo 100 mein se ek bike mein koi issue hota h wo 1 bike hi nikli meri wali). Now today onwards I am feeling free from the after delivery schedule. All I can say that the dealer staff is not too serious for their customers (because customers are not god) and documentation ya delivery process bhi customer se hi karwate h jo ki unhe khud hi handle karna chahiye. I Wanted to give only a star but I like my bike that's why giving 2 stars. If you are planning for a bike then you must go at Supreme motors and experience their services (if you have enough time) and don't take the decision on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor attitude in service center guys.Staff is not supportive. No mask use & no social distance maintain in staff & for customers waiting near maine gate. No seating available no other facilities for customers. So this is my first & last service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Place and staff behaviour until you pay them the total amount. After getting the amount staff behaviour is not good. It took nearly 8 hours for me to get the delivery of new scooter.Even though there was need of atmost 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They even don't care about customer. They ignore customer. They are there to sell vehicle, but they order customers to do all the work. On 15 may 2019 I purcharsed splender plus he told me give one helmet but till now I visited 3 or 4 times they are not give any helmet every time he say come on monday when I arrived on moday so he said come on another day that means every time he not give proper answer and gave another date then helmet or service dairy not provided till now so my experience ia very bad from supreme motocorp pvt. ltd and there were very very bad response from his end.
I suggest everyone plz if you want purchase any bike so you visit another showroom. His not effect of customer satisfaction and he want only sell bike and no matter of customer satisfaction.
