★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am greatly disappointed by their level and quality of services. By the time I had not done my first service, everything was ok. But soon after the very first service, my scooter started having problems. While riding it makes noises like the screws are completely loose. the whole body shivers and vibrates. The thing only got worse with each service, even when I repetitively mentioned the problem every time I gave my bike to them for service. So, basically, these people are not at all serious about the customer service. And if you dare to complaint with Honda, they will only become more stubborn.

Nobody was there to solve your problem.. and a very bad experience while i went to do free service ... I don't recommend this for service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took three times services and all the time it was wrost experience experience ever specially from their workshop manager Mr. Amit Parikh , very unprofessional and rude he was behaving like Honda's CEO. he don't have sens how to be professional towards their customers ( management should take care this it's harm their reputation). I am giving this three star just because of only their sales manager for Mr. Jaswant sing and also to highlight mr. Irfan
