★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agency. They have just opened this agency for cheating the customers. Once they receive money, their behaviour changes differently. They mentioned very good hotels in the itinerary and promised to provide the same. But, as soon as they received the money, they provided me with OYO rooms which were very cheap category rooms. I requested them many times either to provide me the services as committted in the itinerary or else Refund my money. They did not agree to anything. They spoiled my entire trip plan. Finally, I had to book everything on my own and plan my trip myself. These type of agencies should be blacklisted and banned to operate.
Advice to all travellers to be careful enough not to be influenced by the fake commitments by their tele-callers and loose your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would like to thank supreme travelers for making our Gujarat trip a memorable one. We have taken the package of 6 Nights and 7 Days in January 2019.They have provided a good cab for all these days and the driver was very good and well mannered. Hotel accommodations were good and I also take this opportunity to appreciate and thank Priyanka and Dolly who have well organised and planned the package, because of them we were able to cover many places in this short pan of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently married and we were planning for a trip to Goa. I booked a package of Goa from Supreme Travelers. Their staff was very supportive from the day I enquired about the trip till the end of the trip. They took care of everything to make our trip a memorable one. The trip was so nicely planned that we really enjoyed our stay in Goa. The hotels, cab, water sports, candle light dinner were all awesome. The cab driver was very cooperative and friendly. I would personally like to thank Ashish for making my trip a Memorable one.
I would always suggest this company to all my colleagues, friends and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend anyone for planning their trips with them. All the negative reviews mentioned here are true. They are so sweet till they receive the money. After that their behavior changes. Our trip was planned for Lonavala, khandala, mahabaleshbar. Initially the sales team had shared an itinerary for travel sharing few options for the 3/4 star hotels but they had planned it wrong way even after discussed with us. Also we were not happy from hotel options in mahabaleshbar then Ms. Garima called us and said that we will send other options for hotel and will correct this itinerary and asked to deposit 3000rs to book this booking. After booking we will work on your trip and will send you tomorrow at 10am. I had made payment 3000rs but next day they had not sent the trip plan. I called them 3-4 times in the evening then they sent me again wrong plan (Previous email). I was asked them for hotel options then they denied to send hotel options. After that no one respond on whatsapp and call. After two days Ms. Dolly called us to deposit remaining amount but we asked for the trip plan then she said “I am not the responsible person to send the trip plan”. she is the worst person to talk to. So rude and impolite. They will make all the false promises before the trip. Once you pay them money they don't care about your trip. My mistake was that I had not read the reviews of this travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a star worth. Worst travel agency. These people are so ignorant, money minded goons. We contacted them for our family tour consisting 30 members. All we asked for was a good stay to accommodate all of us in a villa and a Tempo Traveller. They did not provide any confirmation on the hotels neither on the tempo. They asked for advance 30K which we paid.
Two days later they called saying you are booking at the heck of moment and many hotels are already filled and most of the hotels are being sealed by the govt.. They had no other option from their side and these no brainers asked us to stay far away 50 km from our destination, as they could see available hotels out there only. We said we are not okay and please refund our money. Now they started saying as per our cancellation policy we are not supposed to refund any of your money. We are like what the hell man. You never made a booking at first then what the hell cancellation means.. And why are we supposed to bear those charges. Nearing a month already and we are yet to receive our advance amount. Wish we get it in full.
Our bad out of all local tour planners these bloodies came in our suggestion and with out checking review we fell for it.
People please choose these agency wisely, always it's better to choose one which is approachable, we can face them in situations like this and they do offer reasonable price. These people have sales team at one end and bookings team at other end and there is no proper connection with in themselves. All are criminals.

I've booked Ooty Trip with Supreme Travelers. Everything is great.
They have a very convenient payment policy which allowed me to pay 70% of the trip cost in 3 instalments and rest 30% was collected by them over the trip.
I just had a little problem with the driver which was solved very promptly by them.
The representative assigned by supreme travellers was very polite over the phone and was very understanding, helpful and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had provided us clean and good hotels in Kerala during my trip, our special thanks for the car providing such a nice, dedicated and sincere driver. His driving was very safe and comfortable.
It was a great experience and the Mr. Ashish does deserve special mention for making my trip well. My family was very satisfied with them, that's why the reason i confirm our next 4 booking up to Diwali on during my trip.

I already booked flight for the trip which I had to cancel finally as they continued to tell at the last moment u will get all ur details..they will cheat you for sure. They are nothing but fraud only.
