★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was not present at the time of my labour, her assistant "Dr Nivedita"' was attending to me. After 6 or 7 hours of labour pain. Doctor Nivedita said normal birth not possible,without trying much and so we will have to do emergency C- section.
Then Dr.Suman Bijlani came and straight proceeded for operation. Without even trying once for Normal.
It look like it was forced C section , then we were presented with huge hospital bill.
Lesson Learned: Don't get trap in sweet talk and don't share personal information about your husband, it will be considered during your payment time.

In that case Dr.Nivedita should only be practicing independently rather than assisting a senior doctor. And,people come to Suraj Clinic because they have been referred to Dr. Suman Bijlani and not Dr.Nivedita.
The number of years of experience which Dr.Nivedita has is far lesser than that of Dr. Bijlani that experience definitely counts at the time of delivery which unfortunately is lacking with Dr.Nivedita.
What measures were taken by Dr. Nivedita for a normal delivery? No measures expect asking the patient to push. No information given about breathing techniques or any other ways to try to get the delivery in a natural way.
Secondly, there is no transparency in the hospital bill. The quoted amount was Rs 35,000 to 40,000 less than half of what was charged at the delivery time was (rs 90,000).
Is this your transparency?
As for your clinic being only one in Kurla area for attendance of qualified gynecologist in absence of senior doctor, you have a mindset that majority of people in Kurla are illiterate and hence won’t question you much and hence you can do anything to loot the Kurla people.
But, let me tell you, Kurla is not filled only with illiterate people. Some of them are even educated who know to question the doctor when others are not doing so.
And lastly, what is the point in meeting you in person now, when the damage has already been done which is an irreversible one. After delivery, there was no post-partum care info given, as when to wear belt etc.
