★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros : Cheap Pricing ; well maintained rooms ! CALM area ; good for study
Cons : No water filter ; no sufficient lights ( for study ) & no sweeper-specifically for rooms !!
Over-all ; it's Ok ! Manageable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you just want to live near satyanagar nd taking medical coaching then u may stay here..Room are available like for 2/3/1 basis..most rooms r available for 2 sharing basis..They dont clean room you need to do it by urself..They also dont clean bathroom..They clean it like once in every 15/20 days..Most importantly there is NO AQUAGARD for drinking water..The basin sink so small that u cant even wash ur dishes. From which water u wash ur dish u also drink the same water..If u r immune to water borne disease then u may survive ..Only rooms r nice with new coloring..Cant say anything u need to experience by urself.Only rooms r nice but u need also other basic requirement also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All rooms are very neat and clean. There is neither good drinking water source nor a water filter. Owner is strict type but doesn't even think about installing a small aquaguard for students ?. We can say its average.
