★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went Bhatpara center for urine c/s test, even took the sample with me. But their mismanagement had kept me sitting about 1.5hrs for just billing. Lot of old people go for test, I am worried for them due to their lack of strength to handle few number of patients.
Requesting management to improve this facility.
