★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I'm being generous for handing out one star. This is easily the worst clinic in Kolkata. Specially this branch. They never deliver the reports on time and make stupid excuses that are not enough to convince a toddler

Even though I reached much before the scheduled slot for my 2nd vaccine dose (my slot was at 9 am and reached at 8am) , I was made to wait in the waiting area on the ground floor for at least an hour until there were a total of around 25 people had gathered for vaccine dose. Only after that they start doing the basic verification process, which could have been done much earlier to save time. And mind you, the staff were already present upstairs but not ready to get going on their job. Pathetic work culture. Highly recommend this against it. Do not go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this centre for RTPCR test and thyroid test. All the staffs are helpful and they behave cordially with patients. Report collection procedure is also simple. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the way the they maintained the cleanliness atleast. The workers are well behaved. Organization is good enough.
But the doctors here are so professional. They keep an assistant with them and basically the do the check up.. Doctor just writes a prescription whatever their assistant says. Visiting charge may is really high (INR 1200 -
INR 2000) .There's no point coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the customer care executive was not at all friendly and they don't even listen to what the customer is telling.
Secondly the customer care executive tells one amount and the sample collector charges you more than what was committed by the customer care executive.
Thirdly the collector don't even know a simple difference between Male and Female. Collecting sample of my mother and writing Male in the cash receipt. Even though can't even write the exact name by looking at the prescription.
Suraksha is a complete disappointment
