★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional admin staff.If u are not a friend of receptionist then u may have to wait for 4-5 hrs for doing a USG and if receptionist is known to u u will get it done immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just flourishing on monopoly and the huge population surrounding the location. I wish there was a minus rating option. Ill mannered staff, unorganized appointments, excessively long waiting ordeals for pregnant women, lack of hygiene, absolutely NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.

I just wanted to know what's the charges of usg whole abdomen and she said 2000rs and sudden cuted the call then I called her again and she is shouted at me.Her behaviour was so rude,I asked her name and she said neha?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to find out about a colour Doppler test and the receptionist was extremely rude and spoke in the most uncouth manner. If this is the customer service experience I wonder what the rest of it would be like .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhygienic. A towel is kept in the USG room which is used for everyone to clean the gel off the patients’ abdomen. It was wet and nasty. How can a certified place be so irresponsible during Covid time! Never going back.
