★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given an appointment for today (22nd March) at 10am. Upon reaching, the receptionist Ms Bonani (who arrived an hour late) told us that there is no appointment in our name. She called up the doc and blatantly lied saying that "our name was scheduled for the latter part of the week", but "we turned up by mistake".
She reasoned with us saying that Dr. Mrs. Kapoor does not sit on Tuesdays, and hence there is no chance of them giving us an appointment. However, we were given the appointment the previous day, and we twice confirmed on the phone. How will we know when Dr. Mrs Kapoor sits and when she doesn't?!
Really unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist. She was extremely rude (obviously in an attempt to cover up her mistakes).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHOCKING TREATMENT by the receptionist lady Bonani. We booked an appointment for my grandma (78 years old) for 12/03/22 via phone. Bonani told us to reach before 10am or our appointment will be cancelled, but the chamber was closed.
We kept waiting. When Bonani arrived, she told us that no such name is written and she has not spoken to us. She was so rude and arrogant, behaved totally like a local bustee dweller. She even threatened us if we complain to the doctor. Why does Aditya Vitreo employ such a third class, low grade receptionist? Horrifying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER book an appointment from BONANI (third class receptionist). She will purposely tell you to come immediately, saying that no seats will be available if you book later. But when you go, she will say that no appointment was booked. She will lie and bad-mouth about patients to the doctors.
Also, if you enquire about Dr Shammi, receptionist Bonani will say that Dr Shammi is not good and hence we must book an appointment with Dr Premlata. But if you want to book an appointment with Dr Premlata, Bonani will coax you into booking an appointment with Dr Shammi. Bonani is a mentally sick woman, typical Bong who will do politics at all levels.
Both doctors are too busy to listen to grievances or feedback. Only interested in more patients and fast money.
