Terrible attitude and extremely insensitive behaviour towards patients. My mother, who is an old lady was literally harassed by the stuff of Suraksha phoolbagan with their inhuman approach. Suraksha saltlake is equally bad. My request for them is to behave nicely with people . It's important that how you make others feel. There is no good in hurting others and then again, niceness doesn't cost a penny ?

I have given an ERCP plastic stent for culture on 7th june.. expected date of getting report on 10th june. Today is 13rd june but still i have not got the report. Yesterday my patient was discharged from hospital now she is on oral antibiotic. Even today over phone they are asking what was your specimen type? Culture and sensitivity is done to guide the physician to give appropriate antibiotic to the patient. So now u can tell me what is the importance of the report that i yet to get??

It was very worstest experience.. It happened 3rd time with me every time they give the excuses that report is not ready. They assured us to come 6-8 pm to get the reports but still waiting 30 minutes they said report is not ready though we given the half above money. I have the doctor's appointment tomorrow but They haven't cleared me the report. More over they behaved very rudely when I have complaint. I don't want to give any single stars. Previouly 2nd time I had to delay my doctor's appointment. It happened tge 3rd time. So it's a question to all suraksha team where is your quality.. it is absolutely a big harassment.

Priyabrata Bhattacharyya 05 October 2021 23:49 Taking service of this diagonisticS centre is a nightmare. Of late their staff strength is reduced . One hv to wait with a token issued by security guard for min one and half hour to approach to counter for billing . Thereafter also u hv to wait for giving samples for one hour. Staff s behaviour are not at all patient friendly. Today I had a bitter exp to wait for two hours after getting the token.When we chanced to meet the customer care desk, the lady harshly told that Urine sample for c/s can't be taken as more than two hours is passed Surprisingly the same was reminded to the security person initially but he neither allowed nor bothered for the issue . As of present state, one should avoid this diagonistic centre.

All incompetent people are running the centre. No one has well information of the tests that they are capable/ incapable to provide service for. I had visited thrice to book for a test, i was assured there will be no issues on the day of the test. Surprisingly when i went for the test, i was informed that the test cannot be done/doctor is not available. It is just disgusting, being a working person i had planned to do the test on a Sunday but unfortunately due to their negligence and misinformation, i had to suffer. Please do not visit this centre.

Horrible experience. Firstly a big communication error in between the staffs. They don't take prior booking for certain tests and note it down in their logbooks, they'll say please come on the date of the test. When you reach there you will find that that particular test cannot be done on that date, because doctor is not available. This happens after visiting their centre 2-3 times for the date confirmation. Wastage of time and harassment for patient parties for such petty communication issues between them.

All the Suraksha diagnostic is having list of good doctors however worst patient management. The center is heavily crowded with patient in this covid era. Poor responce from their call center. I had booked USG from Elgin road branch, USG done at Phool bagan branch. We requested to collect report from Elgin road branch by next day. They agreed. Today, when I called suraksha customer care. They said report is ready but it has not gone to Elgin road, you can collect it from Phool bagan. I went to phoolbagan. They said it has send to Elgin road. I have spent my half day leave and Rs 460 on travel, all in vain. Again, I have to take leave on Monday to get report from Elgin road. Worst experience ever.
