★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for Dr. Sachin Verma since 9 a.m. The reception informs that he never turns up before 10- 10.30 a.m. Do we as patients have so much separable time waiting for him. We are paying quite high consultation fees to visit him. I think he should adhere to his timings. I missed my office because of his late arrival though he is supposed to sit for his consultation from 9.00 a.m. it's 10 past 10 his yet to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services people can expect over here. People handling the reception doesn't even know the availability of doctors and totally misguides the patients like anything.
They give wrong appointment timings, wrong guidance and carpentry work goes on in full swing wherein even receptionists cannot hear what people are saying to them.
They do not have any toilet facility close to USG room, which is very much required for USG patients. And they expect every patient, though however critical, will go near the water filter and grab a glass of water. They cannot keep filled in water bottles like other leading diagnostic units.
And when a doctor is supposed to leave the place, they give USG appointments just 15 mins prior and when the patient reports at the scheduled time, first question asked is "we hope you are immediately ready for the test?"
How can you expect an USG patient to be ready at home and then report to your place?
I will highly recommend people not to visit this place for any kind of tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apnaa appointment ka music change karo.. and the way they keep you waiting is i swear so annoying and frustrating... i would just walk in somewhere else during that moment of time... the music i swear annoyed me so much to the core... reminded me of the Sahara scam on Netflix.
