★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijay group is a known Thane builder and they talk of trust all the time so I trusted them and invested in Orovia project.They promise to everybody that in case of cancellation they refund 100% of the money within 30-40 days. In my case I paid 5 lacs as booking amount and later cancelled before registration. The reasons were personal as well as agreement terms and condition related.
Initially they said wait for 4-5 months then that become 9 months, they promised on mail that even if the flat is not sold they will return complete amount after 9 months, Now its more than 13 months and there is no sign of refund.
I think this company has big time financial issues and would suggest not to invest in their ongoing projects. Invest only in ready to move ones only.
