-good serenity
-swimming pool (only for kids under age of 10)
Home theater (you can watch anything it's like mini cinema)
I know it does have much less facilities provided by other competitor's but I am ignoring that part.
If you have any relative there then you must visit one time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good plotting scheme and even can be a great residential area a little 40 min drive from the centre of the city. It features a good club house with good food quality as well as a good playing area including a Table tennis room, Toddler playing area and garden. It's a good place for a little Sunday outing as well.
