It was my first time purchasing jewellery equipment so I had lot questions related to machinery options, procedure, components, materials... and I was really happy that Mr. Saurav Vij & His father both were very polite and patient in answering all my questions, this is rare to see from store owners specially at places like karol bagh. Also I noticed they were polite to every customer that was coming in to buy, enquire or return a product.
Very happy with my experience.
We need more shop owners like them.

Please read Ahead in order to not invest your money with this company.
I purchased 2 items from this seller. 1) Inside Ring Engraver 2) Hand stamping machine
The Ring engraving machine was OLD , RUSTED And Broken.It even has blobs of dust on it.
The Hand Stamping machine has a part missing making it useless. It is also broken.
Also I had asked the supplier for the specifications, i asked if a particular Stamp would fit,I even sent him pictures and sizes . He said YES!
When i received the machine,It did NOT fit ! Its seems that he just wanted to sell both items without making sure if its the correct item the buyer needs.
After Several attempts of calling,i finally got him on the phone. This seller is so Rude and not helpful but instead laughs over the phone.
He said he is willing to issue a refund after I send both machines back but why would I trust a supplier after he send me two broken machine already knowing its broken AND who makes fun and laughs and cant take the issue seriously.
I have had a word with Indiamart already and have been given information that he has had many complains already and he will be banned from their website.
I would NEVER recommend this seller to anyone!
BE WISE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst expierence in my life to purchase a digital caliper at this shop after two days when I used first time this product this is not start I told the shop owner but he told me he is not responsible a single hour after take away from my shop.he told me I will not return not exchange.
My review is not false I can proove by payment via Google pay his shop owner is very rude and his behaviour is very bad when I told his product complaint he told me will not come in my shop in again
