★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the worst pg in gautam Nagar I have to say no ventilation in the room no window there is no privacy for the first room guy coz I have to pass his room either way in and out stupid construction and they charge a lot for the room they don't even charge for the whole room, they charge for one person and the bed next to you will be used by a stranger wow what a idea, search for someother good pg in gautam Nagar I can assure you it's not at all worth to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is actually well located and well ventilated and the view from the balcony is so pleasent with minimal to low noises from the main road. Stairs r must to access the Lift to get in flat. Flat's furnished with all amenities. Can access all our daily requirement from this place.
