★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a room through the Elguest people a few days ago. One day, there was no water running it was around 11 O clock in the night so i went to ask the watchman to turn on the pump. He was sleeping NAKED right at the place where girls dwell! What sort of rooms are these? He was completely naked! This is called Exhibitionism and if there are no actions taken by the Elguest authorities im going straight to the police! It is your responsibility now!
And people who want to be safe, dont ever book rooms through elguest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That elguest incharge Shivanika Soni makes the stay hell for anyone, giving threats inbetween to "expel" you from the pg at small things if you tried to reason with her. She doesn't return you security deposit of 2 months without torturing you maximally .

They are rude, unprofessional and the owner Shivanika is a next level Idiot! Dams suggested me this brokerage and i tell you the elguest's behaviour was hideous! Do not try to get rooms through elguest! I rather suggest you people to directly talk to the owners of the flats for a room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivanika Soni is the owner of Elguest brokers and hence her super positive review and 5/5.
She is rude, unethical, and the way she talks is highly inappropriate. They do not provide you with any services and even if they did provide you some they would be rather useless because none of those wifi, fridge and other machines work. And low price? Its 25 grand per room and they do this. Please do not try searching for rooms through Elguest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not be fooled by good reviews here. The cunning owner shivanika soni forces the residents to write good reviews in order to refund security. My sister lived with them, but she was too afraid to write reviews because .Otherwise she says there will be no refund. I have screenshots. If with anyone else ,this has happened. Please come forward. Shivanika talks rudely, doesn't help with house issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very PATHETIC experience, booked a room with complete security deposit one month prior to the moving date. When I reached here they have changed my room with smaller room. Management is not at all helpful, the lady on the desk didn't accepted the mistake and made the issue more complex. After wasting around 5 hours they asked to return on next day and then everything was repeated again. There is ZERO management and you should keep this the LAST OPTION. The same problem was faced by most of the residents. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT it is.
