★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condition of the beach is getting worse and the no of people coming increasing and so is the trash and maintenance is at the worst possible level me and some volunteers do our cleanups from time to time but well it's upto you people to maintain this beach from getting even bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirtiest beach in Vasai, approach to beach very risky for small children and old person...... Better visit other beaches in Vasai virar region... They are good cleaned beaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beach was swarming with people (I visited here on Republic Day). It is approx. 6km or 30-40 mins. from Vasai station. This is a dark sand beach atypical to others in the Vasai-Virar stretch. I was surprised by cleanliness of this beach, it is very clean compared to others in it's vicinity!
One can avail autorickshaw from Vasai station or municipal bus service or take their personal vehicle. Bus stop is almost a kilometre away, so you will have to walk to the beach. Autos ply from Vasai/Naigaon railway station till entrance of the beach. There is parking space available (unofficial I guess) at the main entrance. You can take your 2W via a narrow lane, more closer to the beach, but for others it's no-no. I don't think you can take your vehicle on the beach.
There are variety of food stalls available just outside of beach. After that, it's a few minutes walk and crossing a small makeshift bridge to bypass a stream. The trees lining the beach are the highlights and photoshoot worthy.
You get to try out horse cart, horse riding on this beach. Also, there's ample space to chill out with your friends, family, play beach cricket, football, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty. So much of plastic bottles, paper cups, cloth pieces on the beach. The people have messed the beach very badly. The water is so dirty. Not fit for swimming also specially for children it's very unsafe.
