★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends this is Yamaha service center for new and old bikes..I would recommend to get your 2wheeler servicing done here but this service center will cost u too much...they charge for each and every thing...your AMC is just for name sake..every servicing will cost u something from ur pocket for sure....I service my bike here thats why I have experience.

Staff are ok ok. Service cost are always high so keep that in mind !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class Servicing by Surya Motors. They are just there to charge money from the people without providing any service. I would like to share my experience recently with Surya Motors. I went there with my Bike Yamaha FZ -25 with just the firing problem. They said the estimation would be 6k. I said ok. Then next day they called me and said some bearing need to replace that will cost around 10k-12k . I said ok for that too. Then the next day they said the total cost would go 24k-25k. I said not to do anything and handover my bike as it was. Then they charged 3600 just for labour charges and GST. I paid for it without getting any service. And when I took my bike from the showroom and then I come to know they done something wrong with my bike intentionally just to harass me. Just because I have not provided them 24k they intentionally done something wrong with my bike. I visited again with my bike and started questioning them about it then that mechanic person took my bike inside opened the bike and rectified it. That means they are just there to harass people. I am proud to say that Surya Motors is the third class servicing ever of Yamaha. They just know how to loot people. Disgusting service experienced ever. I totally didn't expect this kind of service from them. Why they purposefully did something wrong with my bike. Who given you the right to harass the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service station as well as good sales shop, Overall I have bad experience while doing my bike service at other service centre but this service centre does proper servicing and does not cheat you or insist you much to buy additional plans or products they suggest you what your bike requires and there team is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and uninformed staff. Told me that Fz25 has been discontinued when in fact another Yamaha showroom was selling the same less than mile away from them.
Were acting as if they're doing favor by selling us a bike. They should learn a thing or two about service industry. ??
