We reached 4.57 PM
The receptionist told, we don’t give appointment and if someone gave you on phone I am not responsible and we have to wait as per conventional number system
we waited till 6.20PM, they don't have value of time when it comes to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is not for the opthalmologist but for the (male) receptionist. The receptionist will not give an appointment and on top of that when you visit the eye clinic, he will argue arrogantly. It seems he don't have value of time when it comes to patients. One can understand doctors can have emergency cases but that doesn't mean patient/visitor is free. The attitude was highly unsuitable for his job.
