★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer lounge. It's a very small space. Need to stand over their heads to get the work done. Prasanjith is the go to mechanic there. The rest are not up to standards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is never up to the mark. And they never have all the spare parts required. The only answer I get is parts are available in vasai branch. Why is the bolinj branch neglected when it comes to spare parts stock. There is this guy with glasses there, he is the only mechanic who does a good job. Rest are no good. Frankly speaking I always get a better service at the vasai branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid advanced money to change bikes spare parts it's been 20 days now still they are saying parts not receivd yet, before paying advance they told it will come by 4 to 5 days still we are waiting.. Very bad service experience.. VERY VERY DISPONTED WITH SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been now 3 days and today is 4th day, parts still not received yet, how can we trust you?? We have to cancel our plan tripe for this week because of you.. Why we need to follow up on this every time. Advanced payment was done on 7th nov 2021 it's 23 days now. . This is very frustrating. . We hve visited on 19 they said it will come by monday still we are waiting . . If it's not going to happen please refund our money
