★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased hf deluxe bike in June 2020 but still rc book not received I called lots of time but they told u will get.
When I purchased bike that time i had told u will get rc in 3 month.
Now I daily called owner Mr. Sandeepkumar but they also not pickup call last 6 month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good, fraud people,they don't give you genuine goodlife card benefits, we have to literally ask for it . Download Hero app to know real benefits and gifts you deserve. Fortpoint(virar.west) employees will mislead you regarding gifts/voucher of Goodlife card. FORTPOINT derserve zero/minus stars. Their servicing is worst too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service center provide poor service. no parts availability even for running models. They rob your petrol from bike so please keep eye on that too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to service your bike please do that. Because very very good service center staff. But don't buy bike from front office staff because they don't know about anything and giving false commitments. So be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bike was having problem with engine oil leakage ..for checking this issue, the service center people made me to wait for long 5 hrs ..and while giving the jobcard they said I will get at 4pm and when I went there at 4pm they were like you have to keep your bike at service center today ..service center was 41km away from my place they already wasted my whole day behind such a small issue..and at the end of the day they were like you need to keep your bike today at service center ..this was very unexpected form such a big service center ..this was my horrible experience with them ..client's time doesn't matters for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is in virat nagar..they have good supporting staffs and good services... but they charge little more for service...all kind of parts are available for hero bikes and scooters..it’s near to virat rickshaw stand... they also disturbe bikes and scooters to local agencies

Never buy a premium motorcycle from virar hero motocorp.
Still trying to chase them but no response from sales staff.
