But service center is so poor and they had no new technologies in service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE PROVIDED.. Purchased vehicle on April 2021 due to lockdown passing and delivery was not happening we understood the situation and waited,there was no followup done from them. Also Rto paper work was done incomplete through them which resulted in vehicle number delay. We kept following up but there was no coordination with them. I had to filed a court complaint against them to get my work done.. Also 2% card swiping fees was waived off by them at booking.. After receiving number they asked for the amount which was not mentioned on the booking bill. No hard copy paperwork provided by them only soft copy provided which we were asked to print . I had to visit showroom for the same and they provided me the number plate and papers..vehicle was delivered with scratches on it.Owners does not have manners to run a business nor to talk to a customer.. LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE.. Don’t go on reviews they all seem to be paid reviews.

It's almost 2 yrs I have purchased my vehicle but I haven't received my vehicle number and RC book nor my vehicle is been registered in RTO they always give false comment to their customers. Customer service is very bad they don't know how to speak and treat with their customers. I suggest no one should visit here because I have seen many customers facing same issue with them.
