★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always there are frequent power cut in the society.people need to keep asking about when will the light come but no one answers exact time.guard keeps saying 5 minutes but it takes long time to set up the another thing the gold souk side gate is open and the road accessible to market is closed.they just need to fight with maple heights without any reason.it does not even deserve a single star.my tenants will then also say that we don't get proper light and they will then not stay here.Another thing maintenance is always too high .

a. Zero power back-up. Half of the times transformer breaks down during summers, so no electricity at all for hours/days when temperature is around 45 degrees
b.Age old elevators don't work half of the time
c. Extreme dust on gold souk road and nearby roads are built for 3 months once in 5 years, only during elections
d. Their RWA are at loggerheads with nearby society maple heights all the time, due to which they block one of the gates. So, only one gate is left to leverage.
e. Extremely old infra in general, and ignorant RWA
f. Brokers are inorganically increasing the rent, it's around 32k for 3 bhk
