★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had premature labour pain, Dr.mam and staff handled my case very nicely and i delivered normally (no operation) a healthy baby.All the necessary facilities like hot, cold water,baby care were available.i highly recomend all sushma hospital and women care centre for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gynaecologists these days don’t make an effort to try for a normal delivery… they will somehow make you go for a c-sec at last minute. It is a special first time for you but for them its like everyday and a business.
They wont even professionally brief you about the entire procedure.
i had no complications whatsoever and was advised to get induced one day before the EDD and after 12-14 hours when dilation was only halfway… they insisted that i get operated. Later i came to know that induction progresses rather gradually in initial hours and then fast. I was not guided so by the doc though she is quite experienced. My c-sec was done very well but I still regret that i went to them.
Other than this:
- the premises are quite clean.
- Room for 2000 per night does not have hot water supply.
- billing process is not very transparent.
- one has to carry everything from home i.e. bedding to food to toiletries to baby items.
- some of staff’s behaviour is mean at times.
- long waiting, have to sit for hours
- painless natural delivery not supported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pregnant and book my self at civil hospital palampur. When I started labour pains in night, they refused to take my admission and referred me to Tanda medical college at eleventh hour. But many good friends of our guided us to go to sushma hospital and women care centre. I reached in a critical state. Dr mam and staff on duty attended me immediately and took care of me and my baby very nicely in a very polite way. I am thankfully to all who guided me for this. She did a normal delivery for me and I highly recommended all to visit this hospital for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One can go if they desire c-sec. If you do not get timely natural labour pains… very low chance that after induction they will perform normal delivery… painless also not done here… the doc is very experienced though…
