I went here for a Physiotherapy consultation. The staff was very courteous and the consultant devoted a great deal of her time to understand my shoulder problem. Under her supervision, the physiotherapy sessions happened which have benifitted me immensly.

Iam glad to share my experience in VMI hospital,one of the best hospital in Himachal Pradesh . Here my gallbladder stone surgery done by DR. JASNEET he is the best surgery doctor ,very polite and taking about nurses ,all nurses are very helpful and knowledgeable they take care of patients from fully honestly. Especially thanx to SICU nurses . Below are the best thing here. Room - Beautiful ,fresh air ?️✳️✳️?☘️⛰️ Hygien- fully clean?? Food - Super & Healthy?????? Doctors - Best doctor????? Nurses- Beautiful & Helpful???? Ot Staff- very friendly???

Very pathetic!! We went to the emergency ward and there was no proper assistance, patient was bleeding and was in pain but they were not able to take any decision what to do!! The staff in emergency ward has no Idea what to do they treat patients by calling someone and asking on call what to do and that too not properly!!They did the dressing but the bleeding didn’t stop , whole night my brother was bleeding.Then they told us to come next day as the doctor on night was not even able to tell us where the fracture is..

Seems like a Govt Hospital. You will Pay same as Max Hospital Chandigarh but service will be like Government Hospital. Doctors are really good no doubt but the ground staff and Pink Nurses seems unprofessional and untrained. Made mistakes never talk politely and seems they have zero working experiences. Blue Nurser seems much better in overall performance. Pros Doctors are excellent 24 hour service Cons Unhygienic Pink nurses with no prior knowledge or experience mostly made mistake even irritate doctors sometimes, never talks properly using phone while on duty watching movies and YouTube on duty and ignoring patients taking personal calls and this list of unprofessional stuff they do goes on. Mess food is third class even you pay market rates and fees as high as Max Chandigarh. There is no arrangements for people who is with patient not even for a single person you have to keep your bags with you all the time No locker room and have to sleep on benches no service at all in this department. Don’t use washrooms if not extremely necessary otherwise you will definitely get Major Infection. Machines are old rusty and outdated mostly but they do the job. Clothes and blankets are dirty givin to patient. Conclusion Hospital Doctors operation and tests are all good but ground staff ( pink nurses and test people) are unskilled and unprofessional they behave like they are working in Village level Sarkari Dispensary. Even cleaning staff seem much professional to Nurses. Suggestions Needs good training of nurses and a professional person on them. Need to improve experience and service for people with patience. Improve washroom and hygiene. Food quality and canteen services need improvement even they behave like we are eating free food. Locker room atleast for night time for people who is staying with patient and option for renting bed or room for sleeping. Clothes and blankets given to patients needs to be changed they are old and dirty. Doctors are excellent rest is compromised here.

I would highly recommend VMI hospital to friends and family. I had absolutely the best experience possible. The staff was excellent, . Thanks for providing the health care. Good hospital for immediate treatment during any emergency ....

Hospital is good but need some improvement in the area of hygiene and upgradation of technology

Hello I found everything fine in this hospital but there is only one staff in the sample collection in the lab section. The same staff does the entry, the same staff writes the name etc. in the sample tube, the same sample collects. Due to which the patients suffer a lot. Time takes too much. please take note of this Thank you
