★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent 2bhk flats. It has 3 buildings of 5 floors with 6 flats on every floor except for the top floor where there's only one flat/panthouse. No high-rise buildings around and an open ground beside the establishment, so air circulation is very good. You may need the prevention from insects because it's kind of a problem because of the huge green area around. It also has an underground parking which is almost useless because of flooding and no maintenance because nobody used it. A small garden and kids playing area on the ground floor to relax. A low-key and peaceful place to live. Wedding season may be a pain because sometimes Kansaar Restaurant on the opposite side hosts weddings. All in all, a great place to live.
