We are very happy with services and care given by Drs.Physio , RT ..nurses .
Now no oxygen and any other tubes...
Very happy with the service provided by suvitas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here, I can feel better for treatment level as well as maintenance.
Nursing staff will be available all the time, doctor consultation visiting thrice a day.
Here all the special therapist will be available for feeding, psychology, occupational, speech.
I can suggest this as one of the best rehabilitation center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother Girijamma got admitted to Suvitas (Room no.212) on 27th Oct 2021. She is paralysed on left side. I am extremely thankful to the entire management of Suvitas for a wonderful cooperation for her recovery(discharged on 28th Feb). Special thanks and very grateful to physiotherapist Dr. Amarnath for emotionally boosting her confidence and physically strengthening to stand on her own. His dedication,care, affection, methodologies, way of instructing, thought process have done wonders to my mother's recovery within 4months. Thanks to the entire physiotherapist team(Debora, Santosh,Arun,Mani). Thanks to Speech and swallow therapist Dr. Elvis who made her speak and eat normally which is very essential to express through speaking and survive through eating. Thanks to Dr. Keertana psychologist who supported her emotionally in the absence of the patients family, thanks to Occupational therapist Hiteshwari for working on her motor skills, thanks to Dietician Dr. Priya for coordinating to maintain fitness. Thanks to Dr. Naveen and Dr. Deepak who had a regular follow up on her health. Thanks to the care taker Keerti who understood my mother's needs 24/7 and took care very well. Thanks to billing team -shashikala & Anthony, Jayapriya ops team, canteen and security Raju. Thanks to ward boys Manoj, Sharath who helped in shifting process. Thanks to the entire nursing staff for the care. Very thankful to Suvitas..All stay blessed for the hard work care and dedication .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Father who suffered a stroke and lost his speech and also had a recent amputation has been admitted at Suvitas for the past 2 months. So far we have hardly seen any improvement with his speech and overall I completely regret choosing this facility.
All Suvitas cares about is making money not the patient and his recovery. I have tried time and again after several complaints regarding poor nursing, poor service and multiple occasions of medical negligence to give them another chance but it has all been useless. The team only provides false promises and delivers nothing.
My Father faced traumatic physical pain due to negligence by one of their incompetent physiotherapists that ultimately caused further damage to his leg post surgery. Promises were made stating immediate action but nothing was done.
The billing and operations team make the patient feel like they are in prison and not a rehabilitation center. Constant bullying and threatening to not allow the patient leave the premises for his own medical checkups at the hospital unless payments are made.
Infact they were so unsympathetic that they were not permitting my Dad leave to attend his own mothers funeral!
The nursing staff is also not adequate and many of them completely untrained. There were instances where they forgot important medications, gave the wrong insulin and even added wrong doses due to their poor training. As the patients guardians me and my aunt were forced to constantly keep a watch on all medications being administered due to multiple mistakes. We had to specifically request that only senior nursing staff attend to his wound dressings as many of the nurses had no proper training in basic wound care.
The food provided to the patient was so horrible that despite paying for the services we resorted to bringing him home cooked food to ensure his diet was maintained.
As we are not based in India and specifically flew down to Bangalore for his treatment, it was very disappointing to experience the poor levels of service and complete disregard for patient care at Suvitas.
Due to the difficult circumstances we have faced I urge all patient families to think twice before admitting their loved ones to this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services that we received from Suvitas is excellent. The staffs are friendly and ensured that I am properly informed about my father's health and care. Deborah from physio team is one of the kindest professionals and She is good at building trust with her patients.
Kudos to the whole team and special thanks to Dr.Renitha, Dr.Deepak, Hitheshwari, Helvis, Keerthana, Suraj, Gowri, Thenu, Manoj and Jaya(Operational). Also, Mohan and charles(Junior) from Medical Aid team were always approachable and very helpful during the stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have admitted my Brother in law who is Road accident post OP patient. The care is just ok compared to one they promise at the time of admission. For each & every thing we have to keep following up personally. The personal attention from the patient attender is very much required as the care from the team is nil until complained. The physiotherapy is not at all useful they say they make everyday 2 sessions one hour each but actually it do not last for one hour for both sessions combined. Skill nursing is lacking even in the situation where the patient is at the risk of falling down they don't bother to come. The Swallow therapy is again a very bad experience if the patient is not achieving to swallow they don't bother to suggest alternate exercise until asked by us. Also regarding the expenses there are certain things that were told included in the package but in actual they are charged in the final bill. Upon asked they said they are not informed by the person who spoke to us while admission this is purely miscommunication. Overall my experience here not satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Yashoda from Channapatna.On 11th Feb I admitted my husband Nagesh Shanbhag to SuviTas for post hospitalised treatment suggested by Dr.Suryanarayana Sharma the wellknown neurologist of Apollo Hospital which is located at Bannerughatta road. Soon after coming to SuviTas I really felt very secured and happy because the environment of the rehabilitation center was very homely.From the co ordinator till the wardboys all were very kind and hardworking.The team of doctors was very very good and efficient.My husband recovered very fast in the caring and nursing of the nurses. Physiotherapy and Occupational therapies made him to recover fast.Meanwhile the Acupuncture therapy also helped a lot.The service of wardboys and nurses was very much satisfied me.Nearly we stayed six weeks at SuviTas.The whole period gave me courage and confidence to care my husband after returning to my place.I learnt so many things there like how to look after the patient. The administration section also gave us good facilities.On the whole I am very much satisfied by this rehabilitation center.I suggested this rehab center to many friends of mine.
I would like to thank our doctor Sharma sir for suggesting this place for post hospitalised treatment.I thank to one and all those who treated and served my husband.They brought smile on my face again . Thanks to SuviTas and thanks to the whole team of SuviTas.
