PERSONALY I BOUGHT THE SUZUKI ACCESS AT KAKINADA NEAR BOAT CULB, MY ACCESS BECAME DOWN IN MY HOME WHERE I CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE THEY ATTENDED THE ISSUE AFTER 5 HRS.THE WORST PART IS THEY NEVER LIFT YOUR PHONE... . WHEN TOLD THAT I WILL COMPLAIN THEY ARE SAYING (NO PROBLEM.. ) TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. . THIS IS THE WORST SITUATION AT KAKINADA SERVICE CENTRER. I AM GOING TO TAKE THE ISSUE TO CUSTOMER CARE AND CONSUMER COURT ALSO..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikes are good. Suzuki access is good compared to Honda active. Both are same price range but access is more advantage at the same price engine cc is more. Mileage is good. Pickup is good but little bit weight compared with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought suzuki access at kakinada bike was good but Worst staff I have ever seen especially incharge name Anand careless and redundant No proper response from any of the staff I guess none of them are from marketing background . I recommend not to go for it and also the only showroom in kakinada.It is better to go to honda showroom next to it . I really had a very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place but staff is no respective with the claints and response is bit slow ..... service maintains is bad ... the mechanics are too slow and lags with the given work and problems..... the front desk is interacted with their friends more then the claints .... kindly respond like pro with the claints who interested in buying.... may the problem will never repeat it thanks Suzuki

When you put before them a complicated problem. they tend to pretend that problem doesn't exist, when you show them with proffs, they give false promises and pass time. I have a terrible experience with this service center
