I visited to take test drive of Access and the sales lady was very knowledgeable and described all features and gave to the point information.
Also they took pain of taking out a piece for test drive. Though I think improvement is needed in service centre. But overall experience is so pleasant. They even offered me to send someone at my house if my wife want to see that specific color.
Way to go. This is how to handle customer, that Honda needs to learn.

You never got your vehicle on time to time if you expect that you got your vehicle on time but after this show room you never except that you got your vehicle on time to time. Forget it, this is not first time I have 2nd time this type experience with this show room. One time think before purchase suzuki access from Gandhidham show room.

There is one self start problem in some of access 125, and they give battery guarantee of only 1 year instead the battery guarantee is of at least 2 years in many vehicles. The battery company also give guarantee of 2 years , but how this big showroom give guarantee of only 1 year I don't know. And they should clear first that the battery replacement period will be of 1 year becos most of the customer think replacement period should be of at least 2 years.
