3times attempt for chain sporket kit Change
They refused for job card and suggest me it will take 6hour
1pm to 7pm to ready my bike
Than I go to ....muna auto near crpf square
A authorized Suzuki..
In a small space less staff they doing perfect work
within 1 hour they handed over my bike

And quality work
As you can see in this picture my having my bike work done here
And the technician is doing proper work and checking every single bit for the best quality of work
Total team is very friendly
And very much focused about there work

2. Service engineers do a good job
Cons:
1. Surprised to hear regular wear and tear products are not available
2. Service representatives have a very lackadaisical attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a first time owner of Suzuki scooter. The sales experience was below average. Did not receive good response from staffs overall. Agreed they sell in large numbers because of the brand value and good product, however, sales experience for a customer needs huge improvement. Disappointed now. Hoping for better service from them in coming years. Will update about the service in future.
