★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Local garage is far better than them. In my first service they scarched the tank of my bike. And the staf 1st argued me that these scarches are looking like done by keys, then when i argued then they told that you might put somr heavy there that's why there are scarches. Their simple mutto is to deny anyway about their faults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased my Gixxer on November 2016 from Jyote Suzuki after test ride arranged by their sales staff Santosh and has done regular servicing here. It's been 5.5 years, I have never faced issues in my bike. Being my bike this old, i still feel my bike is 1 year old,all credits to Suzuki's Low Maintenance Engine. Loved Jyote Suzuki's timely followup to do servicing and cooperative staff members,our family had purchased two access scooty from them too. Now they have provided 24*7 service available since pandemic started, which is a commendable service and i will recommend everyone to utilise this opportunity. Looking forward to buy a Superbike someday. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very friendly.I had purchased my Access 2 years back from this showroom and the price was nearly 2000/2500 less than other showrooms in our area(I'm not from Bhubaneswar actually)...I have no idea about their after sale service as I'm from nearly 100 kms away and I went to our local Suzuki showroom to avail this, they were good too.
