β β β β β One of the worest decision made in my life is pouring my hard earned money in this property. Even after 3 years of project, nothing is put in place. Long list of amenities were promised at the time of booking of home. After 3 years also even they could not make even compound wall to this so called Gated community and this layout has become easy target for roberrs. It is pity that 60 odd families are living in a pathetic condition without basic and other eminities. I was grossly put into the wrong hands.

β β β β β Pros: Building quality is good and builders are reachable.
Cons: Doesn't deliver the things on time. Keeps on pushing the completion deadline. Have to run behind them to get even the smaller/basic things done.

β β β β β I don't know who is giving 5 star, it may be by the builder him self giving fake rating to make some more customers fool, dear customers, beware of this builder, please visit SV millennium valley layout, Anekal, Bangalore. you will understand real pictures of the layout, it is worst construction quality and no aminites, all fake promise by the builder, people in the layout struggling every day for getting civic aminites.

β β β β β Worst Quality & Irresponsible Builders:
Please donβt believe on 5/4 star rating for any builders, itβs all done by their own people.
I am an existing customer of SV Millennium Valley and going through a bad experience from last 2 years. I truly doubt on reviews gives as they do not sound to be trustworthy.
The Layout is under construction from last 4 years and still many more years to see if their can complete the project.
The builder knows that our layout is NOT GOING TO BE A GATED COMMUNITY with compound walls but still MDS / SV Infra group SOLD the villas PROMISING as GATED COMMUNITY.
Amenities are not yet started even after 4 years of time. It is sad to say that even after paying lakhs for all the facilities, we are celebrating our kids birthday parties in outside hotels and not in our club house.
The quality of wood used for doors are so worst that within 6 months, the doors are infected by termites.
We are facing so many issues like No proper approach road, No Street Lights, No supply of water from Over Head Tank, No Club House and No promised amenities at all. They are masters in convincing customers and giving fake promises. They literally bluff every customer and finally wash their hands blaming the customers itself for any villa concerns.
The only positive thing that I can say about them is that, at least they are available most of the time when you try to reach them and act courteous.
With all these non-sense, we are stressed and getting irritated as the customers of SV Infra / MDS.
Money is their main part, once they get it, they will not turn back. If you want to know the truth, come and see our villa at Anekal - Hosur main road, Millennium Valley.

β β β β β Not even one star. I own a villa which is still ongoing and we already started repairing few parts of home. This builder does not know the value of hard earned money and the way to gain respect along with his own money. No pros, so I will go with only cons.
1. Layout plan changed
2. Due to point 1 roads are not made as planned
3. Work start in 2017 aug still ongoing
4. Overhead tank available but now they say no water available
5. Amenities like park , club house are something you can hear about but they will never be available
6. Site engineers are pathetic. Beware of them, they work only for builders not for villa owners.
7. Management is very polite by words but 0 at actions. Actually ingnorants.
8. Build quality is very poor. Not sure if it can sustain atleast 10 years.
9. No security available and robbers have already attacked with loss of gold and cash.
10. Place is peaceful but management will never let you enjoy that peace.
CAUTION: Anyone who has already purchased plot OR villaor yet to purchase please don't put your time and money here and get in TO troubles.

β β β β β I really agree with your article, I had purchased flat from Shivaganga Eshaan and now I am struggling.
I strongly recommend not to buy flats from them. The marketing executives are very sweet in the initial stages until you make half payment. After that nobody responds on any issues.
I had to literally follow up on every small thing while the flat was being constructed. Their engineers are inexperienced and don't know anything about the construction industry. Moreover, we have to follow up 10-15 times for a small work to get done.

β β β β β Pros: Good quality products used inside flats.
Crons: Builders promised to given OC during flat registration but still not given after 2 years also. 10+ amenities they mentioned on banner but still not yet done, no car parking only 2 wheelers parking is good. I suggest don't buy in SV infraa if you looking for OC, amenities, car parking etc.

β β β β β Do Not purchase any property from s v infra / developers they are cheating customers, saying lies, they will collect all money and without completion of all work key will be handover. Every day need to fight for basic amenities like water, street light and road. They collected 1.4 lack extra money from all customers for club house and swimming pool but they are cheated all. They are not professional builders.
Pls don't believe some one gave 4+ points. they all are there relatives and employees.
