★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.... Rooms were quite well illuminated, Clean and Spacious. Staff behaviour and their service was awesome. Especially Taaniel has been very helpful to us.

Its a must try.
Excellent service, the spread of dishes is fantastic, for both vegetarian and non vegetarians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How Horrible / Pathetic your stay can be; Svenska hotel is living example of this. We had a terrible story to tell you. we booked it via Booking dot com they shows its a 5 star property & cost was 8k plus taxes including breakfast for a night. we booked it for two nights by the time we reached for payment option suddenly prices goes up by 3k & it became 21k for two nights. we felt cheated the way booking dot com increased the prices, So we decided to cancel it & we did it by online panel.....…..then we tried to talk to customer care but given phone number ; reached to hotel desk …..Svenska front office told us; your payment cant be refunded if you cancelled the bookings. It was shocking!! As we know any hotel bookings can be cancelled within one hour of booking without any charges. We tried our hard efforts to reach Booking dot com but every time it goes to Svenska hotel desk. we were fed up by this process & forced to keep this booking. We had a word with manager (as he said )present on duty about cancellation; they said your booking is still is confirmed with us ….. don't worry ! you can come ! we were satisfy & reached to hotel on 21st April but we came to know our booking was cancelled & we can't get the room. Imagine you reached a city 1500km after paying 21k & you are denied the room. We were Shocked to see this Hotel area was around 5k sqft & no parking without swimming pool …. How this can be 5 STAR Hotel ?????????? there was a guy shouting at reception about hotel rating …..he cancelled its booking & moved out by shouting on hotel guys. We were fighting to get a Room or our money back ….. But they denied it. there was no office manager on duty. we were there for 3 to 4 hours ….. almost every customer been complaining of hotel service & property size.... they were all saying.. "Is this A 5 Star Hotel"???? anyhow we been requesting to get the room ….. then a person Named Altaf agreed on to offer US a room on second day. We were roaming around in Mumbai to get a room .... it was a tough day! Authority look after this .... how these Hotels & online portals cheats to people.

No room were a available for us despite bookings. With huge trouble they gave us room by 5.30-6 pm.
-food served u covered despite Mai tenancy was going on on floors.
- AC was not working, called 2.am in night. Still either it was on coolest or no cooling
-Towels were not there
- cold water stopped coming in shower and as I was in middle of bath had to manage with really warm water.
Kindly return our money with compensation, coz entire our trip got spoiled out money time flight bookings got waste.

Reception keeps Air conditions switch off, seems no A/c in hotel.
Banquet staircase dirty and stinks.
Hotel room are not that good and some room bathrooms stinks.
Will never stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buffet and the restaurant staffs are amazing. They are really warm, soft and caring. Not sure about the stay. A restaurant staff dropped a plat while carrying it for cleaning and the manger screamed at him in front of guests saying "cut money from his salary to recover for the damage" Which was pathetic as we thought they are doing a wonderful job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average hotel with poor ventilation. Centrally air-conditioned with poor natural ventilation. Corridor carpets smell, bathrooms have no ventilation. No Covid protocol in place at all. Guests or staff don’t mask or sanitise hands. As per government rules, masking is voluntary but I guess Svenska has chosen otherwise, which is sad. Service and staff are nice but so much more to expect especially when a hotel nowadays, is the difference between good health and bad health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their buffet restaurant. Service needs lots of improvement. Buffet spread is not that great but good taste. No much options in desserts as well. Ambience is okay. Location is convenient. Road side Parking available.
