★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for 2 years. Such an amazing place to stay when you're studying at NMIMS. Got deeply connected to the locality and people around. Irla Masjid is just next to it. Alhamdulillah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know guys! This is the worst HOSTEL in the history of India ! Bedbugs, toilet pathogens, name it! You can find a plethora of insects in this "SVKM's G.R. Jani boys hostel" wanna come experience bedbugs come here, this zoo costs 180000 rupees a year!
PS: updated rent of hostel is 235000 rupees ! Still have lot of money ? Come here and play with your own god damn insects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay in Mumbai. Just like a "Chawl". Be ready for snakes in toilet, no water during bath, no drinking water, muddy and jammed toilets, damaged fans and ac. Nothing is fine here.
And yes the warden!!! He's a jerk will scold you for no reason. The only thing good here is nothing.

Fees:
2.10 lakhs for Non-AC
3.0 Lakhs for Ac accomodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea why this hostel is so poorly rated on Maps. The rooms are as good as depicted on the official NMIMS website. See attached pictures for reference.
The rooms are spacious, quadruple shared, with a common bath and toilet area on each floor. The mess is on the ground floor. Washing machine facilities are also available. Pricing seems to be affordable compared to other private hostels and PGs which start from 4.5 to 5 lakhs a year.
Will revisit my review once I've stayed there.
