Value for money I would say is apt for the hospital. Efficient staff and decently maintained I would say including the helpful staff. Neat and clean facility including washrooms. This hospital is quite old opened in 1967.

Polite staff, calm atmosphere... Huge space and garden area ... Covid 19 vaccination centre , no rush at all ... You will get vaccinated within 15 mins as you reach the destination. Max 10 mins waiting after vaccination to get certificate ... Covishield and Covaxin both are available...

I and my sister had visited for vaccination today I was very happy and satisfied with service offered it was a memorable experience. Heartily thankful and obliged to team vaccination of Advanced multi-specialty hospitals. Nasreen shaikh. Nida shaikh.

My uncle got admitted on 19 Feburary 2022 and she had a successful surgery on 20 February 2022. All doctors, staffs, Nurses, General Staffs are so well behaved, supportive and cooperative. I sincerely thank Dr.Jigisha desai for all their valuable suggestions, continuous monitoring, support, clear communication. We are very happy and glad that we came here and did our procedure with a fantastic team of doctors.

I got my precaution dose of covishield vaccine shot today at Advanced multispecialty hospitals. The entire process took less than 30mins in spite of today being a Sunday and many people have come to take their vaccine dose. The staff - customer care executives, as well as the security guards were very helpful and courteous. Even the nurses were very polite and got a pain free shot. It was totally a hassle free experience and I would certainly recommend my friends and family members to visit here for their vaccination shots. Kudos to the entire team of Advanced multispecialty hospitals.

Avoid this hospital at all costs!!!! My grandmother was admitted to this hospital and they did everything in their power to worsen her condition. Just so they could keep her there longer. As an FYI, my grandmother was in ICU so all this negligence was happening while she was in the ICU! My grandmother was admitted there towards the tail end of her covid diagnosis and at every turn they neglected her treatment. When she was first admitted there her only symptom was mild breathlessness. Admitting her was just a safety precaution. But from the beginning the treatment options they chose were completely wrong. Firstly, the staff there are absolutely negligent and do not know how to care for patients or treat elders. Outside of visiting hours when were not there they would speak to and treat my grandmother terribly and during visiting hours in front of us they would speak to her so nicely. When we wanted to complain, my grandmother herself stopped us because she was so afraid that would treat her even more badly after that. Because of her covid diagnosis we also did not have the option to take her to another hospital and they took full advantage of that. Even when it came to food... They never took her dietary restrictions in to account and have her food that was absolutely not good for her. After being admitted there she developed a bacterial infection and they told us they started antibiotics but the infection kept going up to the point where eventually they told us she needed ventilator. I am highly suspicious that they purposely did not give her the required antibiotics so her condition would worsen and we would have no option but to agree to the ventilator so they can charge us more money. At that point we told them we want to transfer her to another hospital no matter what so we asked them to do the pcr test and they took the sample but we never got the result. Another delaying tactic so we can't leave the hospital. After a day of waiting during which my grandmother's condition worsened we called another lab to do the test and within 24hrs we had a negative pcr report. My grandmother had even recovered from the covid what ultimately made her condition worse was the bacterial infection which I still believe they did not treat. Even when we did the ECG before my grandmother was discharged they said she had had a heart attack during the night which the doctors had not clue about!! How is this even possible?!! She was in the ICU and the staff had no idea she had a heart attack. She was connected to the heart monitor and they did not know she had a heart attack. They had to do am ECG to find out. Finally with the negative pcr test we were able to take my grandmother to another hospital but by then the situation had gotten very critical because of the infection and my grandmother passed away the next day. The last two days that my grandmother was in Advanced Hospital they did not give her any food at all. We kept telling them how is she supposed to fight an infection if she is starving and they kept telling us not to worry about it. They could not give her food but they kept charging us for expensive medicines which did not give her any relief. This hospital considers patients as a money minting machine. Once admitted it is extended difficult to get out. Don't ever bring your loved one here. My grandmother's passing was completely avoidable and the cause of death was solely due to their negligence.

One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. This is our family “Go To” hospital and I was also born here. This is one hospital for all kind of medical solutions and has the best and very famous doctors in all domain. My grandfather has undergone for multiple surgeries. All the doctors, surgeons, staff and nurses are really nice, honest and supportive. The rooms are very nice and depending on budget one can have a private lounge room for patient. There is always one attending with patient and sleeping and staying arrangement is very well made. The ICU’s are also technologically advanced and the person attending ICU patient has a dedicated sleeping arrangement as well. Overall very well managed and patient care is well taken care off. Right from the OPD till the senior most doctors, everyone is humble and have always been very supportive. Thank you to all the doctors staff and nurses who took care of my family members whenever they were here.
