★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the place to meet a friend of mine. The security seemed very poor as anyone can enter the compound with a little record of incoming and outgoing people. The building quality is visually appealing but I don't have adequate knowledge to comment on the building quality.
Most problems in flats start after a period of 10 to 12 years.
The location seems very good especially for those who work in either gandhinagar or ahmedabad. The connectivity can be an issue as less connectivity of public transport is available but private auto is available nearby.
The area around this location is developing rapidly and so it's a good investment option too for those who plan to move here later on.
About other things, the facilities were at par and the developer swagat group is also coming up with many other schemes in nearby area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit here alot because my friend lives here on rent basis. Place is quite peaceful and good to live. Construction on the other side is quite average. My friend's room had many big cracks on the walls and ceiling. It also leaked water during rain. So for a rent its alright but for buying options maybe you can prefer a better place. This picture is a view from my friend's room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place of placid disposition , existing well within the reach of city limits yet, tranquil and serene. A beautiful architecture, hygienic and well maintained interiors , coupled with ample parking space , well behaved and polite staff propels the quality of visits to beyond enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good 2bhk flats with amenities like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, OAT, children's play area and dedicated bus stop. Parking enough for each and every flat member including basement parking. Lifts available with basement accessibility (but some lift doesn't go to the basement). Grocery and Public transportation such as autorickshaw available nearby. Situated near the Multi-specialty hospital for any emergencies which runs 24x7.
