★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional behaviour from the builder. Underground leakages in water pipes. Terrace keeps closed for everyone. What is the meaning of amenity? Tiles fitting very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy property here. Scammers. Fooled in the name of amenities. Unusable timing of properties on whims of few residents. You cannot use amenities even after paying for hefty maintenance. Open area covered for parking of four wheelers.

Really Very Good over all Properties.
What a Beautiful ambience.
Nice amenities with latest instruments. Architecture and quality is really good.
No one is perfect in this world but best part is immediate solutions are there by builder. Dedicated technical team ready to serve 24X7.
I personally recommend to invest with Swagat Builders as returns are really good in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. No parking facility. Anyone will damage or move your vehicle from parking into dirty area. Always plays stupid music at evening time and not caring if other are working or studying.
