This banquet hall is suitable for reception of marriage, birthday party,baby shower,first rice ceremony etc. It is a two stored building and roof is covered by shed which is helpful in monsoon. Swagatam is located at Mission pally, beside the ground of Bosepukur college.

There was breach of contract from the owner's end as the initial terms and conditions were not complied by them as the room which was alloted as per the discussion from both side was not allowed by them to be used for a considerable period of time for the reason best known to them. Moreover, they disturbed us in many ways by restraining us from using the sound system although it was very much agreed upon by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good place.. nice ambiance.. but no proper restroom available for resting, only seating area … and in day time all ground floor washroom was locked, you have to go to second floor to use the washroom.. outside premises parking available
