★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place where Swami Vivekanand used to meditate as part of Belur Math Monk. He used to meditate under a tree. At a young age he left his body for heavenly abode. His last rites were performed at the location where now temple is built. The serenity is incredible and it is on the bank of River Ganga. Other side of Ganga is Dakhnieshwar temple. Great place to spend few hours.

Nice environment , full of sound of birds chirping and everything is great to feel.
