★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart is very nic. Its have all amenities like security men, CCTV cameras, gym, club house & swimming pool.
But area needs to be more developed. And yes sometimes only having water issues. As I have faced twice in 2 months.
I think this would be helpful.

DO NOT INVEST YOUR HARD EARN MONEY IN THIS GARBAGE.....
Life has become Hell. Very Unsafe.
You will never know when approach road digging work start …this is ongoing issue in this area and this society facing this issue from last more than 8 to 9 years.
People think twice before going out by car because when you come you will surprise with ROAD DIGGING WORK any day any time...NO RULE HERE.

water 24by7, Full of Greenery, Proper jogging track. Ventilated Clubhouse, Clear Pool, Good security, hygienic ambiance, well managed house keeping team and finally supportive committee team and builder.
Unique society in this area. due to all above highlights its cost bit high for buying as well as letting the property.
Main advantage of this society is, its located before the railway crossing and it has many approach roads so traffic issue to reach and leave from is vary less compared to other nearby lavish societies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty water during monsoon time is the biggest issue since many years and almost no one talks about it. It is a health hazard as it causes skin irritation, premature greying of hair and what not. Neither the builder and committee members taken up the issue seriously.
