★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were options to choose below 1 star I would've chosen that! Worst service and lazy staff. Delayed work and no response to any calls, messages nor emails right away. Lied saying the visa form was filled already, whereas it wasn't. Gave them all the documents for my parents visa application and they still managed to delay submission for 3-4months. Their staff named Gargi had one job to submit the application, and kept complaining to us that the process has changed and that she has to fill a big form online. I mean basically we paid her to do the same, do your job! Why complain!
